Project & Campaign Manager

Job Introduction

The Project and Campaign Manager plays a crucial role in leading the planning, execution, and evaluation of Crown Tomorrow’s projects and campaigns. This includes coordinating project teams, setting project timelines and milestones, and monitoring progress.

Key Areas of Accountability:

  •  Develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful implementation.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communication, including with partners, donors, and beneficiaries.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and impact, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee project finances, ensure compliance with grant requirements, and manage donor reporting.

 

Team Leadership:

  •  Oversee the day-to-day activities of the project team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
  • Motivate team members to achieve project goals and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Identify and empower team members by providing opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Play a pivotal role in the growth of the company by leading successful projects and teams.
  • Measure and report on project performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in project management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, marketing, and communications.
    Proficient in project management tools and software.
