Job Introduction
The Admin/Talent Development Manager plays a vital role in managing administrative functions, talent development initiatives, and human resources activities to support Crown Tomorrow’s operations and programs.
Key Areas of Accountability:
- Manage administrative functions, including office operations, facilities management, and procurement.
- Develop and implement talent development initiatives to support staff growth and retention.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
- Foster a positive organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Oversee compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures.
Team Leadership:
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the admin team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Qualification and Experience:
