CELEBRATING CHILDREN’S DAY WITH SKILLS FOR THE FUTURE: CROWN TOMORROW FOUNDATION AND LEVITE EFFIOM OKON HOST SKILLS ACQUISITION WORKSHOP

In celebration of Children’s Day on May 27th, Crown Tomorrow Foundation, in partnership with Levite Effiom Okon, hosted a transformative skill acquisition workshop for children and young adults aged 5-16 years. This event was designed to equip the young participants with valuable skills that extend beyond the classroom, fostering both creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.

The workshop offered a diverse range of practical activities. The children learned how to make liquid soap, a skill that not only promotes hygiene but also holds potential for entrepreneurial ventures. In the culinary segment, the kids enthusiastically prepared popular snacks such as chin-chin, fish rolls, and cupcakes, turning simple ingredients into delightful treats.

These sessions were led by a marketing specialist who volunteers with Crown Tomorrow Foundation. The children were taught how to package and promote their products effectively, ensuring they can reap the benefits of their newfound skills.
