Admin/Talent Development Manager

Job Introduction

The Admin/Talent Development Manager plays a vital role in managing administrative functions, talent development initiatives, and human resources activities to support Crown Tomorrow’s operations and programs.

Key Areas of Accountability:

  • Manage administrative functions, including office operations, facilities management, and procurement.
  • Develop and implement talent development initiatives to support staff growth and retention.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture and employee engagement.
  • Oversee compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures.

Team Leadership:

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the admin team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
  • Motivate team members to achieve organizational goals and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Identify and empower team members by providing opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Play a pivotal role in the growth of the company by leading successful admin and talent development initiatives.
  • Measure and report on admin and talent development performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in human resources, administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing administrative functions and talent development initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of human resources principles, employment laws, and administrative procedures.
  • Proficient in human resources software and databases.
