Grant & Fundraising Manager
Job Introduction
The Grant and Fundraising Manager plays a crucial role in developing and implementing a comprehensive grant and fundraising strategy to support Crown Tomorrow’s programs and initiatives.
Key Areas of Accountability:
- Research and identify funding opportunities, including grants, foundations, and individual donors.
- Develop and write grant proposals, fundraising appeals, and donor reports.
- Manage relationships with donors, foundations, and Grantmakers.
- Coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate fundraising activities, track donor contributions, and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
Team Leaders
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the fundraising team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- Motivate team members to achieve fundraising goals and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Identify and empower team members by providing opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Play a pivotal role in the growth of the company by leading successful fundraising initiatives.
- Measure and report on fundraising performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Non-Profit Management, Fundraising, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in grant writing, fundraising, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully securing grants and fundraising goals.
- Strong understanding of grant writing, fundraising principles, and donor relations.
- Proficient in fundraising software and databases.
