Job Introduction

The Human Angle Photographer/Videographer plays a crucial role in capturing compelling visual stories that showcase Crown Tomorrow’s programs, beneficiaries, and impact.

Key Areas of Accountability:

  • Plan and execute photo and video shoots in collaboration with program staff and partners.
  • Capture high-quality visual content that tells the story of Crown Tomorrow’s work and impact
  • Edit and retouch photos, and edit video footage to produce high-quality visual content.
  • Manage photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and editing software.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and consent protocols when capturing and sharing visual content.

Team Leadership:

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the photography and videography team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
  • Motivate team members to achieve photography and videography goals and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Identify and empower team members by providing opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Play a pivotal role in the growth of the company by leading successful photography and videography initiatives.
  • Measure and report on photography and videography performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Photography, Videography, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in photography and videography, with a focus on storytelling and documentary-style content.
  • Proven track record of successfully capturing and editing high-quality visual content.
  • Strong understanding of photography and videography principles, lighting, and editing techniques.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
